Welcome to Red Kite Meditations! I am here to support you through the long dance that is healing Lyme disease.

While healing myself from neurological Lyme, I created an album (The Cell's Breath) of six guided meditations. These meditations have helped me immensely. I started sleeping when I began listening to them, and it was a major turning point for me. Find samples of each meditation as well as links to purchase on the shop page, and on iTunes.   (Questions? Just email me.)

Below is a five minute, free meditation, so you can check out my style. Enjoy!

The Cells' Breath

My background is in dance, and I have been teaching experiential anatomy through movement and bodywork for 20 years. Each of my longer meditations guides you through a different physiological system crucial to healing Lyme - such as liver detoxification, lymphatic flow, or anxiety relief in the limbic system.

Each meditation is long enough that you can easily fall asleep while listening, and go for that! They are designed for sleep - they don't guide you back to a waking state at the end, they let you rest. Listen as you fall asleep, and again if you wake up in the middle of the night. Use them to train your body and brain to sleep well and deeply. With deep sleep inflammation lowers, and our bodies begin to heal.

After you are sleeping well again, you can listen to The Cells' Breath while getting your IV treatments, or while soaking in an epsom bath. I listen on long walks or in the car. Pick the system that your intuition tells you needs strengthening, and let your powerful brain do the healing.

Your life may be derailed by Lyme right now, but you can get better! The image of a red kite sailing through the sky brings feelings of freedom and pure happiness to mind, and this is what I wish for all of us, healing day by day.

You are strong and beautiful, and you are not alone. May these meditations help you rest and heal, starting tonight.
