Welcome to Red Kite Meditations! I'm Shona Curley.
What a journey chronic illness can be. Mental and emotional support is at times as crucial as medical treatment. I’m here to help you cope using meditation, gentle exercise and bodywork.
I’ve had neurological Lyme disease since 2014. Parts of chronic illness have been awful, but there has been an element of self discovery I wouldn’t trade. Meditation gets me through each day, and helps me heal.
There is an album of guided meditations on the Shop page. The tracks soothe anxiety, insomnia and pain, and balance systems crucial to health such as liver detoxification and lymphatic flow. You can listen to samples of each, and pick the ones that are right for you.
